I was able to wait for my care to be fixed same day

Craig was outstanding. I thought I knew what car I wanted, but then looked at 2 other cars before I made my decision. He was very helpful in explaining about the different cars. Then JT was quite efficient in the finance part also.

Went for simple oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours.

I made an appointment for an oil change service and a software update, for 1:00. I got there 30 minutes early and they started working on it a little early also. I was out of there about 2:30. It seems as though my software update has solved my problem so far. I live 200 miles away and REALLY APPRECIATED the timely manner of all my services. Great job Paris Chevrolet. I WILL be back.

This was the final piece of the equipment that wasn’t originally installed on my vehicle from the manufacturer. I felt that through the entire process, Paris Chevrolet was very thorough in communicating to me the status of the new parts and worked very well to make adjustments to my schedule to get the vehicle in to service. Overall very pleased with my salesman ( Hunter), service writer (Morgan), and everyone else who helped with this process.
