We were delighted with the Paris GMC service. Our sales man Andy Watson was outstanding and a big credit to the company which should be noted since he was the reason we drove 3 hrs to purchase our new 2500 HD SLE truck. Andy is a polite person who answered all of our questions and assisted us with the vehicle operation on the day of purchase. JT Thompson the business manager was also outstanding in arranging our final paper work and financing and answered all of our questions. I have been dealing with GMC dealerships for over 30 years the Paris dealership and the personal were well worth the ride 3 hrs from Shreveport since the Paris dealer exceeds any we have near us in a interest for customer satisfaction .

Drop off and pick up was easy. Everything was done. I didn’t even have to ask them to reset the oil % in the car like I do everywhere else.
