The dealer experience was fine, but parts availability is pathetic. We've been waiting on a seat blower motor for my wife's '23 Cadillac for about 3 months, and now my '23 GMC pickup has a bad navigation SD card which is also on back order. These cars aren't cheap, but GM needs to get it together on parts availability. These parts aren't even made by GM, so quit blaming the strike, someone is just not doing their job. We just may have to look at another brand next time we buy cars if GM doesn't get it together.
