Wait time is way too long to get an oil change even though I always have an appointment. I need my TPMS fixed and their quote was outrageous. My tires need to be replaced soon, if I was the service person, I would have suggested waiting to replace the sensors then, dave $250 labor cost! I need to post on yahoo reviews!

I was there for a recurring problem. It was misdiagnosed. My problem was an EVAP vent valve. The service advisor tried to tell me, after waiting 2 hours, that it was a fuel control module at a cosr of $581. After I inquired about the EVAP issue, she went and checked with the technician, then told me we'll get you fixed up. After 3.5 hours, I was finally on my way with no further mention of the fuel control module. Suffice it to say, I'll not be using Paris Chevrolet for any further issues.

Everything is great with exception to how long it takes for an oil change. I scheduled ahead so that i wouldn't have to wait in line to get an oil change. I also indicated i would be waiting for my vehicle while the oil change was performed. The issue is, first it shouldn't take an hour and a half to change the oil even if they do a whole vehicle inspection. In this scenario, my truck has 2600 miles on it and no complete vehicle check is necessary. I had an 8:15 am appointment for an oil change only, received my truck at 9:30 am. The reason i scheduled ahead is because i have to work and needed the vehicle as quickly as possible, if only i knew it would take close to an hour and a half, i would have made plans to be picked up. Also, just want to pint out, everyone was very nice and i have no complaints other than how ling it takes to change the oil in a truck, i can change the oil and rotate tires myself in just over 30 minutes, for reference. Only reason i even bring to dealership is because truck is under warranty and oil changes are free. I am not complaining, I'm just letting you know things should not take so long.

Great selection and individually friendly staff. A bit too aggressive sales people from the moment of arrival - but that is just my taste. Great sales support once I had made my choice. I did feel a bit in the dark on how the total price changed throughout my visit so from signing the first agreement to trade my car in against a price on the new vehicle to actually seeing the final numbers on the GM Financing papers did seem very intransparent.

I came in for a basic oil change (45-1hr max), made an appointment for 3pm to make sure the dealership was prepared so I didn’t have to leave work early and get it done using my lunch. However, it took 1.5hrs to complete.

I arrived at the dealership and there were six vehicles in line ahead of me. I watched all five advisors meet and greet the customers at their vehicle and perform walk around. It was absolutely beautiful to watch that happen. When Morgan approached my vehicle he didn’t take any shortcuts. He did his meet and greet, he built rapport, he did the vehicle walk around with me and then lead me inside so he could check my history to see if there were any other recommendations. Once that was complete he had me sign the repair order and then I received a text letting me know I could communicate either by text or by phone call which was awesome. I absolutely love the experience and I’m so excited for the rest of our customers to experience this as well.

James in the service department went above and beyond to help me in my time of need! He was very knowledgeable and concerned about keeping my 2025 GMC Acadia Denali on schedule for its first service. I live 2 hours away so it’s not easy for me to just come in anytime. He made special arrangements to make sure my Denali was serviced in a timely manner that day. Everyone was friendly and did not act upset by the work-in service call. The lobby was temperature was cool (just how I like it on a warm day) with comfortable chairs and easily accessible bathrooms. I felt at home and safe while waiting. The follow your service app/text was also helpful. When service was completed a nice man showed me to my Denali and went over the service findings and what jobs were completed. I am very impressed with Paris GMC, hands down the best service I have ever received anywhere in my 30 years of vehicle purchasing. I would also like to add a shout out to my salesman who sold me my 2025 GMC Acadia Denali, Mark Ritchey, Mr. Get it done! You should be proud of your dealership and your outstanding employees!!

Got to the service bay early and the oil change and rotate took 3 hours. And the rotate wasn’t done. The truck pulled in with no engine light on and left with the engine light on. The service advisors knew they were down a bay. Why not call me to reschedule?

I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM, for an 8:30 AM appointment that I scheduled the day before.. at 11:30 AM I called to check on the status of it bc the system wouldn’t update, & was told “we’re still trying to duplicate the noise.” (I had been having a squeaking noise when I started my car) .. my husband went up there, bc I had shown video the day before & you could clearly tell it was a belt issue, & had to get them to actually check my car out — my car had not moved locations since it was dropped off that morning. So for 3 hours my car sat in the same spot not being looked at. You could see the tear in my belt clearly.. Once my husband got involved the issue was fixed in two hours. It’s just sad that a man has to step in for a woman to get things fixed on her car.

I recently had a 21-point inspection completed on my truck, and one of the items listed was the windshield wipers. The report marked them as green and in good condition. However, the driver-side wiper is clearly damaged and obviously not functioning properly—it’s noticeable even without testing it. The experience was ok until a large scratch in the door was noticed. I feel I would have seen the scratch prior to the test drive and I feel it happened when they were getting the vehicle ready after we purchased it. The salesman was told by another individual to get the theft tracker from the vehicle. Well, he didn’t and they expected us to drive 35 miles one direction to bring it back. Not only that, they wanted it that day or the next. When I asked for them to compensate me for my gas and time, they throttled back and said bring it when they fix the scratch. Just a complete bungle at the end.

The only problem I had, I took my car 3 months ago to get an oil change.They told me I had a slit in my tire and could'nt rotate the tires. Told me they could replace it for $300.00 or so. I said no. So I took it for another oil change last week and all the sudden nothing is wrong with the tire.

The entire staff that I encountered was very friendly and helpful, but the staff that worked on my car was obviously not professional at all! I made an appointment for warranty work on my car to have both front pillar speakers replaced because of crackling noise heard with certain tones in music, the tubing that squirts washer fluid on the back window to be replaced because the tube kept coming undone at the back and I was told it actually wasn't as long as it should be, and the headliner was going to be replaced because when the tube came off the washer fluid soaked the headliner causing it to sag and be discolored. The tech could hear the crackling on both sides and pushed the tube tight onto hose fitting so it wouldn't leak and cause more damage before they could fix it, and he told me not to use the washer fluid until it could be replaced. The parts were going to be ordered first so the tube and headliner could be done at the same time. I received a phone call about a month later that ALL parts ordered were in and a spot would be open in two days to drop my car off and a loner car would be saved and available for me to use to go to work. Upon arrival, a 'clean' loner car was not available so I would have to wait for it to be cleaned and gassed up. I was finally able to leave in one, gassed up but not clean. I was fine with that but had to sign a form that I would return the loner with a full tank and clean. I was called about three days later and told the headliner that was supposed to be replaced had not been shipped to the dealership and my car would not be ready for a few more days. A week later when my car was ready, I returned the loaner full of gas and detailed inside and out. I was then told the headliner was not what caused the delay, but the dome light had been damaged, and my console lid had been damaged so both had to be ordered and replaced. I did appreciate the honesty and the replacement of the things damaged by staff. On my way home, I could hear the crackling in the passenger pillar speaker, and I was afraid it was just something those speakers did. A couple of days later I tried to wash my back window and washer fluid poured all in the back of the inside of my car! I called the service department and explained my concerns, being told only the driver side pillar speaker had been replaced because the tech did not hear anything wrong with the passenger speaker and the tubing was not replaced because another tech said the tubing was attached as it should be when he checked it and didn't see any need to replace it. Of course it was attached, one of the techs attached it and I had not used it! The whole reason I had to wait so long to have my car fixed was so all parts could be ordered, delivered to the dealership, and done at the same time. I was then told to bring my car back in to have done what should have been done in the first place! I was given an appointment for the next Wednesday to drop off my car, and I was guaranteed there would be a loner car. On Monday I called the service department and asked (just to make sure) all the parts that had been ordered the first time were still there to fix my car when I bring it in on Wednesday. I was put on a lengthy hold and then a man picked up the phone asking what I was on hold for?.... so, I explained I wanted to make sure the parts were there before dropping my car off in two days, and he said they were for sure there and it should only take a day, maybe two. On Wednesday morning I dropped my car off at 8am but there was once again not a loner car available. A man told me to give him a minute, and he would check out back to see if he could find something. He did, the exact same car I used the first time, which was sitting on a half of a tank and this time very dirty, but it was because I now had a way to get to work. I once again had to sign a form saying I had to return the loner full of gas and clean. Thursday afternoon rolled around and about 4:30pm I received a text to give me an update saying, "Unfortunately the parts are not there anymore, and they have to be reordered, and with it being a holiday weekend the dealership will be closed Saturday and Monday, but I will be kept posted as updates are known". The following Tuesday around noon, I received a text that my car was ready. I returned the loner car with a full tank of gas and detailed inside and out and picked up my filthy car covered in white dirt! On the way home the same crackling came from the passenger side pillar speaker, so when I got home, I looked to find the same tiny piece of black tape that had been put on the plastic part that covers the pillar speaker (that had been put there from the first service appointment) was still there and had not been removed, making me believe without a doubt that it hadn't been replaced. I do believe the tubing had been replaced because the entire back side of the brand-new headliner was wrinkled up from rolling it to pull the tube through and there are black grease fingerprints from the front windshield to the back windshield all over the light grey headliner. There are several scratch marks in the paint on the outside of the vehicle that I know and the man that took the keys to my car when I first dropped it off knows were not there because we walked around the loner car and my car to note any marks, scratches, or damage done to either vehicle. So, long story short, when being at Paris Chevrolet face-to-face with staff is very pleasant and I would give a 5-star rating, but with everything that happened, how it was all handled, and the final outcome of my vehicle, I don't think I would even give a 1-star rating.

The staff is always friendly and are very upfront with communication. The reason this is three stars is the fact that 5 months in to owning my new truck my issue is still happening after 4 trips to the dealership and GMC states in a bulletin they are aware of the issue and working on a solution. This does not get my issue resolved and even as efficient as the Paris team is, which I appreciate, it is still time out of my day every time I have to take my vehicle in.

I had already visited another dealership a week prior to Paris Chevrolet and battled fraud, so I arrived with zero trust. Farley was just who I needed to go through with getting myself a new car. Farley was extremely respectful and transparent. He let me cross all my t's without trying to brush them under the table as irrelevant. When I arrived to get my car the following week, I was nervous that Farley was busy with other customers so I would have to work with Logan. He was awesome as well. Logan even got me a bow for my first new car since I was picking it up on my birthday! JT in financing was very thorough and answered all of my questions without a trace of fraud feelings. The team at Paris Chevy really felt like my best friends, and I cannot wait until life is ready for me to replace the truck so they can help me out again!

Cargo liner for my car did not fit correctly so had to bring it in to have installed. Still upset GM product cannot be installed as instructed. Required holes to be drilled into back of rear seats. That is not local issue, that is corporate. Everyone I have dealt with locally has been great.

Very impressed with our sales representative Hunter Carter. He was very helpful on the phone before our visit and very knowledgeable the day of our visit. After reviewing several dealer websites in Dallas and East Texas and had 15 options to consider. We drove from Forney to Paris to look at three trucks. After test drives, we purchased one within a few hours. Hunter provided great service and we definitely enjoyed the small town customer service at Paris Chevrolet. We love the truck!!!

James was excellent. 5stars for James. Overall great experience. James gave a discount because the service took a little longer than expected, which was nice but not necessary. If I had a complaint at all it would be that I paid $52k for a truck and I feel like oil changes should be included. If I had bought a $20k vehicle they’d have been included. It seems a little silly that I bought the equivalent of 2 new cars and no free oil changes.

It took two weeks to make a simple repair that took less than a day to do, it took 12 days to get the part and then after getting the part you could not get it in to get it fixed for 3 days later. I appreciated the loaner vehicle that was very nice but this was my one on and only service truck for our business and we could not pull our trailer for service work, so was a big let down. Also after fixing the problem I needed to bring it back to speak with service manager about the repair and he noted to bring it back so they could fix it. I did appreciated the service lady I worked with she did try very hard to keep me informed the whole way through. I understand it was out of her hands!

In November 2025 I utilized the buy three get one tire free GM was offering. Unfortunately, mid January 2026, I made contact with a nail and the chain store in Mt Pleasant plugged it and placed a patch on the inside. I called Paris Chevrolet/GMC and requested they order a new tire and I included oil and filter change as well as it was nearing time. All work was done perfectly and when I inspected and touched the patch on the inside of the tire, I knew I had made the right decision to purchase a new tire.
